What is your Endgame?
The endgame has to do with setting tangible financial goals. It gives you the defined criterion to work towards in your business.
When you own a business, its goals should align with whatever you want to achieve for your own financial future. This may involve starting, growing, and exiting a business for an equity gain. However, business owners tend to lose sight of the endgame as their time is consumed by managing the day-to-day running of their businesses.
On the other hand, Private Equity Funds invest in businesses with the goal of increasing the value of the business over time and eventually selling that business. The objective is to seize your post-transaction opportunities and mitigate risks. Although private equity funds work alongside the management teams of the portfolio company and direct strategy they do face the risk of poor strategy execution and a lack of business improvement activities, growth, and development resulting in an underperforming investment.
What would the impact be on you if your business did not achieve its growth objectives?
Our Services
High-Performance
Boards
Corporate governance is the system by which companies are directed and controlled. As Certified Directors we work as an affiliate with SIRDAR to guide and develop high-performance boards for SME's.
Our Engagement Model
All of our efforts to guide the business towards the endgame are done through a team member that is appointed to the board as a Non-Executive Director. It is through this appointment that we are able to lead and guide the improvement in the board performance, lead strategic planning efforts, and provide expert business improvement advice.
